Management Bios

Lucia Vellandi - Business Development Director

Lucia has been part of the TSW team, the Italian Search Marketing agency (www.tsw.it), since 2003. She currently holds the position of Business Development Director, and is responsible for managing TSW's strategic partnerships as well as working with TSW's technology projects, About User (usability and eye tracking) and About You (online reputation monitoring and management).

After graduating in Business Economics from Ca' Foscari University, Venice, in 1997, her first professional experience was with Fabrica (www.fabrica.it), the Benetton group research centre on communication. She worked alongside the Fabrica foreign relations director before spending three years as an account manager for the Logos Group (www.logos.net), a world class translation company.

Miriam Bertoli - Search Marketing Director

Miriam has held the position of Search Marketing Director at TSW since 2003. She is part of the management team, in charge of defining the strategic development of the company.

After graduating in Languages and Foreign Literature from Ca' Foscari University, Venice, she started working in the web industry, specialising in search engine marketing. She joined TSW in 2000 as SEO Specialist for Spanish and English-speaking markets then later became Project Manager.

In 2008 she attained a master in Marketing and Communication at the Sole24Ore Business School.

Miriam is a speaker at conferences (Search Engine Strategies Milan, IAB Forum Milan) and attends to meetings and events in Europe and US (Ad:tech London, Search Engine Strategies New York, SMX Madrid).
